What kind of demolition do you do?
Light, non-structural demolition: kitchen and bathroom tear-outs, cabinets, vanities, tubs, toilets, carpet and flooring, drywall, and small outdoor structures. We take it out and haul every piece away.
Do you knock down walls or whole buildings?
No. We don't remove load-bearing walls or demolish whole buildings. That work needs a licensed contractor and permits. Tell us what you need and we'll be straight with you about whether it's a job for us.
Is haul-away included?
Yes. Demolition and debris removal happen in the same visit, so you don't need a dumpster sitting in your driveway.
How much does demolition cost?
It depends on the size of the area, the materials and how much debris comes out. Send photos or book a walk-through and we'll give you a written price before we start.
Do I need a permit for interior demolition?
Non-structural work like removing cabinets, flooring or a vanity often doesn't, but rules vary by city and HOA. Anything structural needs a licensed contractor and permit. Check with your city or contractor if you're unsure.
Do you do demolition in Boca Raton?
